FlexStaff was launched in 2014 to fill the temporary staffing needs for Northwell Health. Due to our success in helping Northwell, the largest employer in New York State, we decided it was time to bring the same excellence to external companies in the NY metropolitan area as well as nationally – offering candidates and employers alike a selection of temporary, temporary-to-hire and direct hire services like no other.
